“My answer is yes, now tell me how can I help you?” This is the best mantra as it shifts one to treat every problem as an opportunity. There is nothing like right and wrong. It is right or different.
As per Yoga Vasistha (6.80.54, 6.80.59, 6.80.60), if 5% of the society starts following this statement, this could change the happiness index of any country.
We should solve problems and not find mistakes.
None of us are 100% truthful, honest or hardworking. Each one of us will have some positive points and some negative points. We should make efforts to remove our negative points and convert them into positive. Remember the SWOT analysis taught in marketing i.e. “Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat”.
Convert our weakness into strength and threats into opportunities.
Also, look for positives in others.
Respect others, cultivate youngsters, discuss with colleagues and ignore others.
Prescription affirmations
- I can never be wrong but can be different.
- Ask yourself how can I help myself, my family and the community.
- Positive affirmation at every moment of life is the prescription for your happiness index.
