The situations in which MBBS degree can be in problem are:

  • If the degree is fake
  • If the degree is not approved by MCI
  • If the course/qualification is not recognized and approved as per the provisions of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956
  • If the university is not approved by MCI as per the provisions of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
