A young man was about to graduate college. For several months, he had his eyes on a beautiful sports car in a dealers showroom.He knew his father could afford it, so he told him that the care was all he wanted.

As Graduation Day approached, the young man eagerly awaited the gift. On the morning of the graduation day, his father told him how proud he was to have him, and told him how much he loved him. Afterwards, he handed his son a beautiful wrapped gift box.

Though curious, the young man was somewhat disappointed.He opened the box and found a beautiful, leather-bound Bible. He got furious and raised his voice at his father.He questioned him that despite having so much money, he gave him a Bible? He moved out of the house, leaving the holy book.

Several years passed; the young man now had a successful business. He had a beautiful home and a wonderful family.He realized that his father was very old, and thought of going to meet him. He had not seen him since the graduation day. While he was making arrangements to go to meet his father, he received a telegram carrying the news of his father’s demise.He had willed all of his possessions to his son. He was asked to come home immediately and take care of things.

As he arrived at his fathers house, a sudden sadness and regret gripped him. As he was looking for his fathers important papers, and saw the still new Bible, just as he had left it years ago. He opened the Bible and began to turn the pages. Suddenly, a car key dropped from an envelope taped behind the Bible. It had a tag with the dealers name. It was the same dealer who had the sports car he had asked for. The tag carried the date of his graduation, and the words...PAID IN FULL!
