Fully vaccinated people can avoid COVID-19 quarantine:

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has stated that individuals who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, which presently means having received two doses of either the Pfizer/BioNTech or Moderna vaccine, can bypass the quarantine if they come in contact with someone infected with the disease.

However, it doesnt mean that these people can stop taking precautions, stated the CDC in updated guidance.

According to the CDC, vaccinated individuals who are exposed to someone with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 do not need to quarantine if they meet the required criteria, which include that they must have received both the doses of the vaccine and at least two weeks must have passed since they received the second jab. It takes two weeks to develop complete immunity after the second dose of vaccine is given… (CNN, February 11, 2021)
