A new study from South Korea published online March 1, 2018 in BMC Public Health has shown an association of low blood pressure (systolic BP < 100 mmHg) with suicidal ideation compared to those with normal blood pressure. The strength of the association increased as the strictness of the criteria for low BP increased.
