Depression is prevalent in patients with axial spondyloarthritis
Patients with axial spondyloarthritis have high rates of depression, which is associated with disease-related parameters, socioeconomic status and lifestyle factors. Almost one-third patients had moderate-to-severe symptoms, says a study reported online March 10, 2018 in Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases.
