AAP-ACEP-ENA publish joint recommendations on emergency care for children
Updated joint guidelines from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) and the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) titled “Pediatric Readiness in the Emergency Department” include recommendations on how injured and critically ill children receive the best emergency care. The guidelines are published online Nov. 1, 2018 in the journal Pediatrics.
