Administration of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) to postpartum patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy is not associated with a change in blood pressure or requirement for antihypertensive medication, suggests a retrospective cohort study published in the December 2018 issue of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
