Dr Lalit Kumar Gupta, Rajasthan    23 January 2019

  • SJS TEN withdrawal of causative drug-utmost importance.
  • Earlier the causative drug (shorter half-lives) withdrawn, better the prognosis.

  • IN resource limited settings, patient may be managed in general dermatology/isolation ward or high dependency units with strict infection control.
  • Multi-disciplinary approach should be advocated.
