1. No body will be poor in India from today as far as health is concerned.
2. All needy people will have an insurance.
3. All workers are already covered in ESI
4. Getting paid for insurance premium by the government will be a fundamental right for all from today.
5. Those who have commitment to the government for 10% free work will get paid under the insurance
6. Government hospitals will get some reimbursements from the insurance
7. Under article 47 of State Directive principles, government can mandate hospitals to accept the scheme with some conditions
8. All essential emergent health happenings will get paid under the insurance and 100% hospitals will have to comply
9. Those who can paid must be mandatorily be insured for five lac. Five lac insurance will become a minimum bench mark for health insurance
10. Once 100 % people are insured health care will become affordable over time to every one. The treatment cost will reduce automatically.
