  • Reasons behind the acceleration of innovation are – enormously improved access to information; easier access for experts; better materials for modelling and analysis; and more powerful tools for building and testing.
  • Other factors encouraging innovation are newer skills that are easier to learn and faster and a higher number of people being involved in innovations and inventions.
