  • Individualizing the dialysate temperature improves the hemodynamic stability with reduced incidence of intra-dialytic hypertension and hypotension.
  • This favorable BP response during isothermic dialysis is mediated at least partly by changes in nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin 1 (ET-1) ratio.
