Vertebral fragility fractures are often under reported

Osteoporotic vertebral fragility fractures are mostly under reported especially by non musculoskeletal radiologists according to the findings of a single center UK study. The study published online August 7 2017 in the Archives of Osteoporosis recommends better systems for reporting so that patients with osteoporosis are given appropriate treatment to prevent future fractures.
