Medical negligence includes 1. Making a mistake during surgery 2. Giving a wrong drug 3. Making a wrong diagnosis 4. Delaying a diagnosis unnecessarily. It also includes not doing things that should be done such as 1. Not giving treatment one needed 2. Not getting consent agreement to treatment 3. Not warning about the risks of a particular type of treatment.
