Adopting meditation while sheltering-in-place may help you cope with the stress of the coronavirus pandemic, and may even keep your brain from aging.

An 18-year analysis of the mind of a Buddhist monk, conducted by the Center for Healthy Minds at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, noted that daily, intensive meditation delayed the monks brain aging by about eight years in comparison with a control group… (CNN, March 20, 2020)
