Norway has stated that no association was found between the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine and the post-vaccination deaths that the country has recorded. However, the country recommended that the doctors must consider the overall health of the most frail prior to giving them the vaccination.

Since the beginning of the country’s vaccination campaign in the end of December, there have been 33 deaths among elderly people who were given their first dose, report public health authorities. Among the 13 cases that have undergone detailed evaluation thus far, the director of the Norwegian Institute of Public Health Camilla Stoltenberg said that all of them were of advanced age, frail and suffered from serious illnesses… (ET Healthworld – AFP, January 19, 2021)
