More than 3.17 Crore COVID-19 Vaccine Doses Administered Thus Far in India

India has administered more than 3.17 crore vaccine doses so far, stated the Union Health Ministry on Monday. Overall, 3,17,71,661 doses had been administered till Monday 7 pm.

A total of 74,08,521 healthcare workers (HCWs) have been given the 1st dose of a vaccine and 43,97,613 have been administered the 2nd dose. Additionally, 74,26,479 frontline workers (FLWs) have received the 1st dose and 13,23,527 have been given the 2nd dose of COVID-19 vaccine. The nation has also inoculated 16,96,497 beneficiaries aged 45 and above with specific co-morbidities and 95,19,024 individuals aged above 60 with the first dose.
