Mediterranean diet increases chances of successful pregnancy in IVF

Eating a Mediterranean diet, high in vegetables, fruits, beans, whole grains, olive oil and oily fish, and low in meat and dairy foods may significantly increase the chances of a successful pregnancy and delivering a live baby for women undergoing IVF treatment, according to the results of a study published January 30, 2018 in Human Reproduction.
