Eat an orange every day reduces risk of age-related macular degeneration (ARMD), suggests a study published July 6 in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. In the study, people who consume at least one orange per day have a 60% lower risk of developing ARMD) 15 years later compared with those who do not eat oranges.
