Findings of the DKCRUSH V trial presented at the Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics meeting in Denver show that a double kissing DK crush technique leads to better outcomes when stenting unprotected left main bifurcation lesions compared to provisional stenting. The primary endpoint of 1 year target lesion failure cardiac death target vessel myocardial infarction or clinically driven target lesion revascularization reduced by 58 with the DK crush technique.
