On Monday, an illegal hospital and its pharmacy which was operating in Kulesara village were sealed by the Noida administration and a fake doctor was arrested from the facility.

City Magistrate Shailendra Mishra said that Aryan Hospital, which claimed to be a multi-speciality facility, in Kulesara village on the Pusta Road was functioning without valid documents and had fake medical staff. An administration team including the chief medical officer, drug inspector and local police officials carried out a surprise inspection at the hospital and found it was operating illegally. There were huge irregularities in their operations and were not registered, also didn’t had real doctors. Instead a fake doctor was found during the raid and was arrested by the police.

The city magistrate further added that the medical store within the hospital premises was also being run illegally and was sealed too. During the investigation, it also appeared that an FIR was registered against the illegal operations of the hospital earlier but no action was taken.

A new complaint has been done and an FIR registered to enquire the matter further.
