Pune: A 68-year-old woman doctor was booked for causing death by negligence of a 25-year-old man in October last year after experts from Sassoon General Hospital held that there was negligence in the way the adverse reaction after the administration of an injection was handled.Ashish Rahul Alhat was brought to the doctor’s clinic at Gol Market with complaint of stomach pain.
