Abeda Salim Tadvi, 53, Tadvi’s mother, said that she used to visit Nair Hospital for her cancer treatment. She said that whenever she visited the hospital, the three doctors would not allow Payal to meet her. On Wednesday, at around 4pm, Payal Tadvi called her and started crying and narrated the harassment she was going through. Her mother ensured her that she will visit her on Thursday and find for some solution to this problem.

Tadvi had sent screenshots of the chat on the WhatsApp group to her family. The family had also approached the superintendent of police of Jalgaon complaining about the issue. And have submitted the chats to the police.
