Self-Administered therapy for latent TB non inferior to direct observation

A new study from the United States has found that self administered therapy with once weekly isoniazid and rifapentine to treat latent tuberculosis infection without reminders was noninferior to direct observation. These results were published online November 7 2017 in the Annals of Internal Medicine.
