TOI    13 December 2017

The Maharashtra doctors have submitted a list of 21 suggestions to the state government over cut practice bill. The bill is against the cut which doctors get as commission for medicine and test referrals. The Indian Medical Association (IMA) sent the suggestions to the state government, questioning the legality of the bill. The IMA also demanded a competent authority instead of ACB, saying that it would spread police raj. The IMA wants to protect the doctors and does not want to hold accountable if any wrongdoing takes place.
