A study involving females with polycystic ovary syndrome who were undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer assessed the outcomes of combined d-chiro-inositol and myo-inositol therapy in terms of improving oocyte quality. The findings of this study mentioned that this combination was able to improve oocyte as well as embryo quality. In addition, it also improved the pregnancy rates. Thus, this combination of d-chiro inositol and myo-inositol seems to be a good therapeutic choice in this set of patient population.
