The Russian Development Investment Fund (RDIF) has stated that it expects to register Sputnik V vaccine in India soon and it will cost less than $10 per dose.

Kirill Dimitriev, chief executive of RDIF, Russia’s sovereign wealth fund, stated that the cost of the vaccine is one-fourth of the mRNA vaccines. Dimitriev stated that there should be equal access and equal pricing to all the countries, adding that Moderna and Pfizer vaccines with more than 90% efficacy are double and triple the price of their vaccine.
