  1. Consider physical activity for CVD prevention as well as treatment.
  2. Regular physical activity decreases all-cause mortality and CVD mortality.
  3. Physical activity is beneficial to all irrespective of age, sex, race, etc.
  4. Regular physical activity can produce long-term health benefits.
  5. Health benefits of physical activity outweigh risks of adverse events for all.
  6. At least 150 minutes a week of moderate aerobic physical activity (30 min for 5 days/week) or 75 minutes a week of vigorous aerobic physical activity (15 min for
5 days/week) is recommended.
