  1. Echocardiography is the key investigation for screening of patients suspected of having pulmonary hypertension.
  2. Upfront combination therapy with ambrisentan and tadalafil is the current best approach based on available evidence. Other supportive therapies should be given as per recommendations.
  3. Patients should be systematically followed up with clinical examination, exercise capacity, echocardiography, biomarker (BNP/NT-ProBNP) and right heart catheterization, whenever required.
