  1. Early risk stratification should guide initial management.
  2. In high or moderate risk patients, early invasive management is useful.
  3. Low risk patients should be treated conservatively with close watch.
  4. DAPT for at least 1 year is the dictum unless very high bleeding risk.
  5. High dose statin is useful.
  6. Total revascularization should be the aim, as opposed to STEMI.
