UNICEF and Human Vaccine (Limited Liability Company), a Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) subsidiary, have signed a long-term agreement (LTA) for the supply of Sputnik V vaccine against COVID-19. 

This is UNICEF’s fourth long-term supply agreement with a COVID-19 vaccine manufacturer. UNICEF has signed other such agreements with the Serum Institute of India, Pfizer and AstraZeneca. Procurement by UNICEF is conditional on the vaccine attaining the WHO Emergency Use Listing.
