Identical male twins (7-month-olds) visited the Pediatrics department with the chief complaint of constipation and bloating. Both infants were born premature after 29 weeks of gestation, and had invasive abdominal surgeries in the right lower quadrant which had resulted in in healed postsurgical scars.

Patient A had a history of ileostomy for a perforation in his ileum. Whereas, patient B had undergone surgery to repair an inguinal hernia. Motion palpation restrictions indicated bilateral sacroiliac, cervical, and thoracic joint restrictions.
