About three-fourths of the new COVID-19 infections in Singapore over the last four weeks were reported among vaccinated individuals, indicate government data.

Singapore has vaccinated around 75% of its population of 5.7 million, with half the population being fully vaccinated. Singapore registered 1,096 locally transmitted cases over the last 28 days. A total of 484 cases (44%) were among fully vaccinated individuals, while 30% were among partially vaccinated people. The remaining were among unvaccinated individuals. Only seven severe patients needed oxygen support. Six of them were unvaccinated while one was partially vaccinated.
