People waiting to travel to Canada who have taken Covaxin jabs finally have good news. The Canadian health authority, Health Canada, has recognized Bharat Biotech’s vaccine for travel to the country.

Everyone who has taken two jabs of Covaxin can travel to Canada with effect from November 30 provided that the second dose was taken at least 14 days before entry into the country. This comes as a huge respite for travellers from India who had been waiting to travel to Canada without having to quarantine for 14 days after arrival in the country.
