Write clearly when you want the patient to take the medicines.

When writing the prescription, clearly write the name of the drug and the strength. Clearly write the instructions for use and the maximum daily dose must be mentioned. If the medicine has to be taken empty stomach, it should be clearly mentioned. Otherwise the patient’s assumption will be not to take empty stomach.
