What do you interpret?

While the studied prediction rules may help primary care physicians to limit the use of antibiotics, this study did not provide any evidence that the prediction rules can help identify adult acute cough patients that can benefit from amoxicillin treatment in primary care.

There was no benefit of amoxicillin treatment in patients predicted to suffer from pneumonia or combined infection.
