Inform the authorities about change in ownership of a clinical establishment

Under the terms of Section 20 of the Clinical Establishments Act, the certificate of registration is non-transferable. And, “In the event of Change of ownership or management, the Clinical establishment shall inform the authority of such change” in writing duly signed by both old and new owner.
