Dronabinol, a synthetic form of the cannabis compound   tetrahydrocannabinol is now used in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea supporting the therapeutic potential of cannabinoids in patients with obstructive sleep apnea writes  Phyllis Zee, MD, the Benjamin and Virginia T.
