An initiative called “Disease Free India - Rog Mukt Bharat” has been initiated by Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (SVYASA). It is an internationally recognized university, well-known for its traditional treatments and yoga practices based on science.

The venture starts with the ′Swastha Shakti Program′, an automatic computerized application that guides Indians through the proper practice of yoga, allowing them to heal and recover faster. As part of this effort, it will conduct well-being events, holistic offerings, and masterclasses for 90 days.

At the INCOFYRA conference′s 24th edition, Shri Thaawar Chand Gehlot, Governor of Karnataka, inaugurated the Disease-Free India campaign. The general public will have access to free health check-ups and digital consultations for yoga, Ayurveda, naturopathy, and meditation, as well as other holistic fitness solutions, hosted and maintained by S-VYASA professionals, as part of the wider programme. Through yoga, accurate nutrition, and mindfulness, the aim will be to deal with the essential reasons and treatment plans for diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Polycystic Ovary Disease (PCOD) and Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) amongst others, helping people to lead a disease-free healthier life.
