Indoles Medanta Super Specialty Hospital is now offering Chest surgery. Dr Arvind Kumar would be in charge of the services.

This service will provide people with world-class care for all chest-related problems, including benign and malignant diseases, through open, VATS/keyhole, and robotic operations. Dr Kumar will be backed up by a team of five other chest surgeons.

On the occasion of the launch of this new facility, Dr Kumar (Head of the Institute of Chest Surgery- Chest Onco Surgery and Lung Transplantation and currently working in Gurugram) stressed the importance of a special centre to take care of the chest disorders as more cases of chest disorders were being observed in India. The newly, opened Institute of Chest Surgery would be a single platform where patients would be able to avail complete treatments ranging from diagnostics to post-surgical rehabilitation for all chest ailments.
