A study published in the NJP Digital Medicine Journal showed that the rhythm of the human body determines behavior. According to research done by Leiden University in the Netherlands using usage data from hundreds of mobile phones, the human body, in both men and women, has rhythms that range from seven to 52 days.

The researchers stated that the recurring patterns of behavior do not occur due to certain psychological and neurological conditions, but that everyone has cycles lasting several days. In the study, the researchers enrolled 400 people between the ages of 16 and 80 with certain psychological and neurological conditions, but everyone has cycles lasting several days. In the study, the researchers enrolled 400 people between the ages of 16 and 80. An app was installed on their Android phone that allowed the researchers to track and analyze their data usage.

Researchers only looked at the times when people were actively using their phones and swiping or typing. The lead author of the study noted that they made a striking discovery. They found that the pattern of body rhythm was similar in old and young people and in women and men on some days of the cycle.

He noted that women are not the only ones with a cycle; men also have one, which lasts between 25 and 30 days. Additionally, it was observed that two people can have the same cycle, but their bodies respond in different ways in both cases. He added that the findings of this study can also help in research on psychological and neurological conditions.
