Short or long duration of sleep is independently associated with low health-related quality of life in adults with predialysis chronic kidney disease (CKD) says a study published in the May 2018 issue of the Clinical Journal of the American Society of Nephrology. Those who slept for 7 hours had the highest health-related quality of life.
