Results of a US-based survey of women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) show that women with PCOs are dissatisfied with medical care. They believe that while primary care physicians are well qualified to treat general health concerns, they trust their opinions less when addressing issues related to PCOS. The study is published August 1, 2018 in the Journal of the Endocrine Society.
