Black tea may also help with weight loss

A new study published October 4 2017 in the European Journal of Nutrition has shown that black tea may also promote weight loss and other health benefits by changing bacteria in the gut. The ratio of intestinal bacteria was altered in the animal study with a decrease in the percentage of bacteria associated with obesity and increase in the bacteria associated with lean body mass.
