  • NB-UVB phototherapy is safe and effective treatment modality not only in psoriasis and vitiligo, also in various inflammatory dermatoses like acute lichen planus, prurigo nodularis, pruritus, pityriasis rosea, pityriasis lichenoides chronica (PLC).
  • It is also effective in early stages of mycosis fungoides.
  • It is also safe in children and pregnant women.
